How much does it cost to register with Nishikigoi.TV?
Registration is entirely FREE. Once you are registered you can then subscribe on an individual issue or a 12 issue basis.

How do I subscribe?
Subscribing is simple and requires just 3 steps:

Step 1	Register with Nishikigoi.TV - this will open your members account and give you access to the 'Members Only Content'.
Step 2	Login to the 'Members Home Page' with password e-mailed to you.
Step 3	Choose which option you wish to purchase* and complete the checkout process. Payment can be made securely by credit or debit card.

When will issues of Nishikigoi.TV be published?
The 1st issue will be published on the 1st February and it will be published on the 1st monthly thereafter. Click for more details of issue 1.

Will I need to buy any special software to access Nishikigoi.TV?
No, videos will play in the FREE DivX video player available from www.divx.com, this is required for the highest quality playback. Video files will also be in Windows Media Video (WMV) format and will play in Windows Media Player included free with Microsoft Windows. The latest version can be downloaded from www.microsoft.com.

I've seen small grainy video clips on other sites, will Nishikigoi.TV be the same?
No, definitely not! The downloadable clips on Nishikigoi.TV will be high quality files with a resolution of 720 x 576 pixels. Most users will be able to enlarge these to 'full screen' on their computer and still retain superb viewing quality. This is good enough to see every scale and every detail of Koi that will be on display. A sample clip will appear here shortly.

Once I've subscribed to an issue how long can I access it for?
Once you are subscribed to an issue/issues you can access the content as often and for as long as you like, your subscription does not expire after a given time.

I've registered but didn't receive a password, what can I do?
Unfortunately sometimes e-mails go astray or are blocked by spam filters, it may be worth checking your 'spam' folder. If you still can't find it then click here and type the e-mail address you used when registering in the forgotten password e-mail address field and click 'Remind me'. Your password will be e-mailed to you again. If you still experience problems then please e-mail us and we'll sort the problem for you.

Can I share my username/password with a friend?
No, your subscription is for your personal and private use only. User logins are monitored by our system and users who are found to be sharing login details may lose access to the service.

I access the Internet from home and work, can I view Nishikigoi.TV from both locations?
Yes, our system will recognise your usage pattern, accessing from home and work will not present a problem.
